Sino-foreign invested Yixing Tianba  Nonmetalic Material Co.,Ltd was found in 1979, its
original name was Yinxing Nonmetallic Material Factory,
now, thatis a capital enterprise enterprise in Ynxing
as well as a high-tech company in Jiangsu province. Its
main products FCCU and refractory used for CFB boiler
belong to high technology field, has listed in provincial
Torch Plan Project.
The company is located at industrial park in Yixing
city east, adjacent to Taihu Lake, convenient traffic.
Its occupied area 30000 m ,
total construction area is 21000 m,among
them, production buildings occupied 15000 m.
The company registered capital is ￥11,800,000. There are
complete producing lines for unshaped material crushing,
molding, burning in the gactory now and it has advanced
producing equipment and prefect testing means, and the
annual prodeucing ability of refractory is up 25000 tons.
The branch of Yixing Tianba Nonmetallic Material engineering
CO.,Ltd that totally belong to the Tianba company group
has registered capital ￥5,000,000, is engaging in design,
installation for industrial kiln and installation for
insulating and anticorrosive materials.
It usually persisted persisted in enterprise developing
should depend upon science and technology, and there are
now 158 employees in the company. Among them, there are
45 technicians and administrators, 7high-tech advisers
are hired. The company has been long-term cooperation
with Research Center for circulating fluidized bed combustion
of Science Academy of China, and Luoyang Research Institute
for refractory and thermal energy department of Qinghua
University, developed a serial products of active alumina,
FCCU and refractory used for CFB combustion, and have
passed appraise in state class successively. The abrasion
property of silica refractory has filled the domestic
gaps and created high quality product in Wuxi, and got
class 2 prize of technology advancing. At the same time,
our company is the main drafter for the standards of ferrous
metallurgical industry, YB/T4108-2002, Refractory Brick
used for circulating fluidized bed boiler, and YB/T4109-2002,
Refractory Castable used for circulating fluidized bed
boiler.
The company has created and remained an efficiency QC
system, and passed approval of ISO9002 QC system in 1999.
